Each bag contains approx. 2oz / 55 gms.
Steeping Instructions -
1 whole flower, Water heated to 185*F, 5 minutes steep time.
Recommended Recipe - Add 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp Agave syrup. Cayenne pepper is a known metabolic booster.
